We have a fun, exciting, challenging and creative/innovative style of training! From elementary, middle school or high school kids, college athletes or the everyday business professionals, I have the right fitness plan for you! Private 1 on 1 sessions and group training available! Sport specific training for athletes!
Program time periods vary and the “1 year” plan comes with a nutrition/meal plan!
Pay as you go: (training minimum 2x a week)
3-month commitment: (training 3x a week recomended)
6-month commitment: (training 2x a week, 3x is preferable)
1-year commitment: (training 3x a week Minimum to qualify for meal/nutrition plan)
